Beautiful Number 8 turquoise is used in this perfect necklace. Number 8 turquoise can be quite rare! It comes from the turquoise mine in Carlin, Nevada that opened in 1925 but now closed. Nuggets from this mine possess a beautiful “spider web” type matrix in honey or black tones. Our pendant is the most gorgeous shade of blue/green with a honey colored matrix. Handcrafted by a Navajo artist couple, Victor & Clarissa Hale. Hanging on substantial sterling silver chain.
